About Fischer Wellness
Fischer Wellness is a holistic wellness company focused on helping people find an internal balance and foster creativity through practices of art, movement, and mindfulness.
Kristi Fischer, BSPE, RYT 500, RCYT founded Fischer Wellness as a traditional fitness and personal training company after transitioning from teaching Physical Education. As Kristi's own wellness journey and knowledge expanded to focus on Mindfulness and Mindful Movement, she realized the immense benefits and creativity it brought to her life. She became passionate about evolving Fischer Wellness to help others reap the benefits of art creation, joyful movement, and mindfulness meditation.
Mindfulness Workshops
Fischer Wellness offers mindfulness workshops that tap into the power of creativity, focus, movement, and meditation to cultivate an enjoyable restorative experience that can help balance out the pace of modern-day life. Participants leave the workshop feeling calm, inspired, and refreshed!

Yoga
You can practice Yoga with Fischer Wellness founder, Kristi Fischer, in the Gig Harbor area. Kristi is certified to teach adults and children. She holds RYT 500, RYCT, RPYT certifications.
